The service that I receive from their staff is always outstanding and this is the reason that I take my car, and previously owned cars, to Parramatta even though there is a closer service centre. I have just had a warranty repair on my car and they couldn't be more helpful in assessing the car and providing me feedback on the process, As it took longer than a day to fix they provided me with a loan car which helped a lot. I can not recommend this service centre high enough. The staff are always professional, helpful and cheerful. As such, it is always a pleasant experience to visit. As I do a lot of kms I have been there often and it is nice to be welcomed by the staff each time that I arrive. My previous Subaru outback had over 400,000 kms on the clock and they kept in running in top shape. I previously upgraded to a 2023 for the new features and with over 100,000 kms on the clock it is running fine.
